Orders are shipped by USPS within 3 business days of purchase. If there is ever an unexpected delay, you’ll be contacted by email.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email. If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact Midnight Reserves and we’ll help you determine the next steps with USPS.

Returns for Store Credit

Because vintage and pre-loved pieces are unique, eligible returns are issued as store credit.

Most vintage pieces show some signs of wear and history—small marks, fading, or fraying that add to their story and authenticity. Any notable wear will be included in the product description and photos, so please review both carefully before purchasing.

If something doesn’t fit as expected and you'd like to choose something else, email midnightreserves@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. A prepaid USPS return label will be provided, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were sold and postmarked within 7 days of receiving the return label. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
